| Bank Of America： You have a very bad attitude toward my claim! My roommate MZ's girl LJ gave me 7 of hundred bills (exactly the same $700 cash she withdraw from your bank 10 minutes ago) to pay me back the money I loaned her last month, I decided to deposit it into your ATM right away. I didn't get to deposit cash over long time, I made mistake on the first 5 of hundred bills: I inserted them into your withdraw slit. Just like the way how I use to insert cash bill in the coin laundry machine. MZ stepped in and pointed out my errors, then I found out that your deposit slit is actually in the bottom left, the top right slit is for withdraw, so I insert the rest of 2 of hundred bills. Your ATM receipt showed that I had only deposited $200, the first $500 was lost! MZ' LJ and me stepped into your office immediately to report the claim. Your representative gave me $500 temporary credit, everything seemed ok in the beginning. 2 or 3 weeks later, I got my bounced check of $1,700 for insufficient fund, on car service, they ridiculed me that WHY do I send my car to service if I didn't have the money. They charged me the insufficient fund fees, YOU charged me the insufficient fees! Then other checks bounced You charged me insufficient fund fees one after another. financially I had to borrow $800 from MZ to cover the damages. And those emotional abuses and mental damages! Did my self pride hurt enough yet?! Why did u take away $500 credit out? not even bother to inform me?! Why did u charged me fees without inform me?! When I talked to your representative, she scorned me with a mean look: "We checked the ATM, we didn't find $500 cash there." When I asked her to call the main office, she use the worse tone and look: "Yea, he said he got witness and everything..." Week later, I received your insulting letter:" We did not find $500, so we can not give u the money, and THE CASE IS CLOSED." So u can deny me over and over, and u closed the case?! U don't think I can able to do anything? When u said NO, then the case is CLOSED?! So I go to small claim court to sue u! Before the court, I though you denied my claim because u didn't find my deposited $500 dollar bill. But when we r in the court, u told the judge that u only find $180 in your ATM, that's why u denied it, not even want to give me ANY money?! Not even want to tell me u found $180?! Of course we heart your tone! U tried to imply that I put $180 into wrong slit, and LIED to u by claiming that I put $500?! So your machine r too MALFUNCTION to find my $500, and told u that it's only $180 there, then u decided to deny me to $0 ?! Denied me twice and u said the case is closed? because u r the bank?! U say no so I don't get any money back?! If your inspector kept my $320 for himself and told u he only found $180, then he is dumb' dishonor and cheating! If your machine could not count the difference between $500 (5 bills of one hundred dollar) and $180 (1 of hundred bill plus 4 of $20 bills) then your machine is not reliable! How many mistakes has been accrued already since u got this kind of inspector and ATM machine?! Whoever the fault was, U chose to deny my $500 claims TWICE? and gave me the attitude of 'WE CHECKED, NO MONEY THERE', and u treat me like I'm a cheater?! When u said it in the court, u still use that kind of tone, that u think I lied about $500, so u closed the case, and nobody wouldn't know that u found $180?! U don't need to bother to argue with me if it's $180 or $500? or U don't want the world to learn that your machine can not count?! Why should I lie to u? Telling u that I lost $500 ? Because u only found $180, u choose not to give me any money back? And u don't think I can get any money back if u keep deny me?? When u see that I could actually drag u to the court and sue u, then u decide to lie to judge this time?! U lied to judge by saying that u will refund me $500 back (with the tone of that u only found $180) PLUS $200 for my damages. I refused it because my financial and mental damages are more than $200. The judge kinda forced me to take your offer and closed the case. He told me that $200 is a good offer. Then u know that I can not sue u anymore, and u don't even want to give me this $200??? After the court, u refund me $500, plus $65, FIFTY SIX dollars for the damages, and told me again:" THE CASE IS CLOSED!" | Small Claims Court Case #2011-10200364 Because of job injury and 1year of physical therapy' worker com case, I didn't have much chance to deposit cash in BOA ATM machine. Last month, my friend MZ's girl friend Weenie paid me cash $710 for I paid her rent, I decided to deposit 7 of hundred bills right away. When MZ warned me that I put the hundred bills WRONG, I did not listen, it's like put money bill into laundry machine, except the machine won't give you the quarters for laundry. Then MZ stepped in and pointed it to me:" The deposit slit is down here!" Then I found out that I had just put 5 of $100 bills into withdraw slot at right top, and the deposit slot is actually at lowest down left bottom. So I insert the left over of 2 of $100 bills into left bottom slit. The ATM receipt showing that it only received $200, my first $500 was disappeared, MZ suggested me that I should withdraw $100 cash to see if my $500 would come up together with those $100 (or else the next customer may get my $500 when they withdraw), I did but ATM only gave me 5 of $20. So MZ' Weenie and me went in BOA office in the next minute and report the lost $500, the associate gave me the claim number and $500 temporary credit. Then BOA took that temporary credit back without even bother to inform me, 2 or 3 weeks later I got my $1,700 check (pay for car service) bounced due to the insufficiencies fund, I had to borrow $680 from MZ to cover the damage to get my car back, my mental also damaged because the girl and the woman asked me: Why do you want us to fix your car if you don't have the money? I went to BOA office, this time their weekend associate gave me a very mean and bad attitude, she treated me like I was a stupid cheater: LOOK! | May 19, 2011 BOA, Ms M Jenkins offered pay me back $500 plus $200 for my damages, I refused it because my damage was more than $200. The judge suggested me to take the offer, he said I wouldn't win for the mental damage, I said, they could took out $500 temporary credit without even bother to inform me, when I went back to dispute, she treated me like I'm a stupid cheater, then they refused to pay for my bounced check, then they mailed me a letter saying the DISPUTE CLOSED, all of these, just because THEY SAY SO?! Could some TV news come to help me please, I want to sue the bank all over again, they could deny me all the time, and until I dragged them to the court, they could lied to the judge, saying they will pay $200 for the damage, and only give me $56 after the judge saw me settled with me in the court?! After suffering with incurable PNS pains in body over 13 years, I was disorientated and hospitalized 5 days at
Methodist Hospital Arcadia at 3/5/2008- 3/13/2008.then later in the next year 2009, to be sent to General Hospital Mental ER for evaluation, and to be decided that I have some psychiatric issues in mental to now.
2010, I got job injured and lost my job, my doctor (Dr. Chundry/ Edward Center) insisted that I must go see the psychiatrist who she arranged and I kept not got to go, or else she wouldn't sign my disable form.
2011, The disasters started at my first appointment to see the psychiatrist, I asked the parking guardian that if I could park my car at the hospital temperate zone because there was still no parking space and I must to see the psychiatrist which was 20 minutes late or else I couldn't get my disable form signed.
The parking officer Didn't say no, he said do whatever u want, and left in a hurry, seemed like he was new to the hospital and need to find something or some place. Then when I came back from the psychiatrist, I saw a parking ticket $35.
Next time after my psychiatrist (Dr Shu/) wrote them a note to tell them that I had to park there to see the psychiatrist, I told them that I lost my job after shoulder and abdomen injured, I was received disable only $608 each month, they started to corner me and attacking me with more and more of fees and charges, starting such as the collection fee $140'.
When my psychiatrist called them and told them that I got body injured and mental issues, they wanted my psychiatrist to explain to me, that they put my name in a list, if I didn't pay ticket plus the collection fee, I would stopped by police in high way. So I had to write them 2 checks which created insufficient charges $35, 3 times ($35' $35' $35) because they submit my bounced checks 3 times, over and over.
Then the city San Gabriel gave me another parking ticket of No Parking 2AM to 6AM $50, threaten me that if I don't pay, I won't get my car renewed, threaten me that I won't be able to drive in California, then started to created returned check $50, late fee $50' admin fee $25' parking service fee $25, .....
then they started to demand that I must pay them in casher check because I didn't have enough money in my checking account (I was injured and lost my job over months, I was only receiving disable $608!! damn U damn U farking San Gabriel)... ..
So my mental disorder crashed down, I can not stay any calm whenever I'm behind the driving wheel, I would screaming to the air:" Why r u torture me?! My psychiatrist told u that I have no control on my behavior, that I'm under a lot of pressures, and u want him to explain to me that u put my name into some program, that if I don't pay the parking ticket plus the collection fee, that I would be stopped by the police in highway?!" Sometimes I would just wave to my fist to the air and yelling:" Mom! Mom!! Mom!!!..."
I started to attract and get into all kind of car accidents 3 times in 2 weeks ( half front of my car is crashed, my car alarm is broken, my left rear light and shade are crashed. I had to drive the damaged car because I have no money to fix it), my mental disorder stroked me to be screaming and hitting the desk, got the security guardian arrested and throw me out of their offices (twice: social department san Gabriel farking office), I was a perfect driver over last 23 years, now I started to getting driving traffic ticket (a hidden camera caught me Not stop for stop light, $465 fine or 56 hours community services). I lost 2 of my favor hats, 2 of my thumb hard drivers' lost my cell phone. Of course my biggest lost is that I lost my head, I can not stay calm whenever I'm driving.
Then my physical body was crashed too, I have to take 3 surgery in this month (left shoulder' lumbar' abdomen and groins), my doctor signed me to get a Handicapped parking placard.

Last week I got into a small accident in Hospital parking lot, I entered my next therapy appointment iinto my cell phone and back up my car to go home, a mini truck back up at the same moment and scratched my car front shelf, I was too slow to push alarm, the truck driver got down asked me if I was OK, I shook my head and drive away, I was too slow to realize that my car was smashed and damaged, I did not even ask his name or insurance to pay for this car damage.
LAC parking enforcement sent me into some program they
warned me about $140 collection fee ever after I paid
$35
parking ticket for parked in temporary zone to
see my Psychiatrist, DMV want me to pay this $140 or I
won't get my car registration renewal before 10/28/10.
9/5/10, I got another parking ticket because my landlord
Shi-Huan Mou (living at same address but he doesn't need
parking permit to park inside) got delinquent renewal
(DMV return his paid online next month because he didn't
enter his car plate number). My parking permit was
expired since 8/31/10 and City Hall refused to sell me
Parking permit until my landlord renewed his car
registration. I had to pay $3 temporary parking each
night to wait until landlord got his renewal.
9/4/10 I got black out' screaming 'why u need
other people's car registration to sell my car's parking
permit?!' I punched the desk, They called 2 policemen on
me.
My mental
breakdown made me lose concentration
uncontrollable, after driving over 5 miles, GPS device's
voice WOKE me up, it instructed me to take next turn,
and I found out myself was screaming to the air 'why do
u want other people's registration to sell me my
car
parking permit?!' 'Why u punish me for DMV return
his payment?!'... It's dangerous, during those 5 miles
black-out, if any car changed lane on me or any
accident, I could be killed.
And these black-out attacks made me fear, I have to play
music loud and turn off and turn on the radio frequently
whenever I fear that my mind got lost.
9/14/10, I'm a perfect driver over 20 years, I never get
any moving
violation and
traffic
ticket. But last week they mailed me a $560 fine
ticket with photo shot showing that I was driving in
front of Hospital (Mednik st), I was on the way to see
my Psychiatrist, I got $35 parking ticket (plus $140
collection fee) for parking temporary there, now I got
$560 in front of the street.
I’m in fear of go to this Hospital and seeing
Psychiatrist any more, now I’m seeing the Psychiatrist
at Mental Center Norwalk from now on.
Dr.Cho’s sleeping pills did cure my headache, but got me
wet my bed, she wanted me to wear diapers and keep on
taking pills, but there were earthquakes among Mexico
and California, I didn’t want me to oversleep when the
big one earthquake strikes, so I start to see Ms.
Margret Garcia.
After black out in City Hall, my headache is back, I
could only have 2 hours sleep, I thought I would have
terrible day in the next morning, but I turn out to have
a good Saturday, only in the next Sun day, my headache
was killing me.
My mental problem started at 3/08/2008- 3/13/2008, I was
disorientated and Hospitalized 5 days.
Was job-injured at 9/12/2009 and 10/13/2009, but
Dr.Chundry insisted that I need to see the Psychiatrist
or else she wouldn’t sign my Disabled form. That’s how I
ended up with getting Parking Ticket when I finally got
to see her Psychiatrist.

I became unable to drive calmly in normal, in the past one month, I had already encountered a traffic accident ($700 damage), received a traffic ticket ($466 fine), I shouted wildly in the city San Gabriel office, they called the police by them to roar me, clamors in the social bureau office, is roared by the security guard. All rogue bitter experiences make me to lose control more and more energetic. I fully realized that I will also have the possibility momentarily while driving once again to have the accident. If I am unable to continue suddenly to appear on this homepage, did not need to wait till us already to collect more appeals, hired attorney as well as all just messengers provides on own initiative this lawsuit.

3/8/2008- 3/13/2008, I d only could remember that I took an 1 or 2 hour showers, then wake up in Hospital in next 5 hour. I was disorientated and hospitalized over 5 days. I didn't remember what happened in those lost 5 hours, people said that I was wondering in parking lot and kept mumbling "I can't find my car" and my car was actually 5 steps away from me. When they took me inside, I was mumbling:" Where am I?" every 2 or 3 minutes, and I was the 24 hours fitness center member over 15 years there. |

Year 2009, Dr Chundry/ Royalbal Center sent me to General Hospital Mental ER to evaluate my mental and decided that I had Psych issues. September 2009 and October 2009, I was injured in job twice and filed for Worker Compensation, but Dr.Chundry insisted that I must go see the Psychiatrist or she wouldn't sign my disable form, but I couldn't get any contact because I didn’t own my own phone number until months later my sister gave me a cell phone 626-7310710 and added me into her family plan. Case #1: November 2009, I finally got to see Psychiatrist Dr.Cho, I must see her so Dr.Chundry would sign my disable form, I asked the security guardian if I can park my car at temporary zone because there was still no space available and my Psychiatrist appointment was late The guardian did not say no:" You can do whatever you want if you think it's necessary." then he left in a hurry. I found a $35 parking ticket when I came back from my first Psychiatrist doctor appointment.

My psychiatrist Dr.Cho wrote the Parking Enforcement to explain why I had to park at the temporary zone, and they don't care, they added another $140 collection fees into my ticket. Next time, My Psychiatrist called and told them that I was seeing Psychiatrist and under the injured and mental pressures, had no control of my behavior, they don't care, they want him to tell me that they put me into a program and my name and car are in a list, if I still refuse to pay for the ticket, that I will get stopped in the traffic and arrested. Every time I go see Psychiatrist, I see this genius guardian, and I complain how he didn't say no about me parking in temporary zone, and this genius has learn how to talk to a Job-injured patient with psych issue, he says:" I did not talk to u that day, it could be my brother, he works here too, I will let him know when I see him. Next time whenever I complain again, he always says:" U talk to the wrong guy again, I'm his brother." |

Case #2: My landlord also my room mate, Mr. Shi-Huan Mou ( we lie in same address: 241 San Marcos St #A, San Gabriel CA 91776, but he park inside so he doesn't need the parking permit to park on street, only me need the parking permit to park outside) got a Delinquent Renewal. Ever since last 4 years, they always pay the renewal on line on time and no problem., but this year DMV returned their payment after next month, because this year DMV won't take payment if my landlord pay it without his car's plate number (which is 8L35309), DMV returned it in next month, my landlord didn't get the notification until they got the $500 fine with late charges. And I’m the one get punished. September 1 Labor Day, I'm the only one parking outside, and my parking permit in street was expired at 8/31/10. And I get punished because my landlord didn't get renal. San Gabriel City Hall wouldn't sell me new parking permit UNLESS my landlord get his car registration renew and the office closed over 4 days of Labor Day long weekend, My landlord could learn the reason why DMV returned his $300 renewal fees 1 month later without notify him because his bank was closed over Labor day long weekend, and I'm the one getting punished, After the long weekend was over and my landlord went to bank to resolve his problem and finally got renal for his car registration, I got $50 parking ticket because my parking permit was expired at 8/31/10, Also for the next 4 days I had to spend $9 of $3 each night to buy the daily parking permits 3 nights over 9/2-9/4. I got disorientated and lost my mind again after these days and nights tortures. City Hall refused to sell me parking permit because my landlord didn’t renew their car registration, I started to lose my temper, I screamed "Why do u need other people's car registration to sell me my car's parking permit?!" She said no. I asked "Could u sell me my parking permit today, and I promise u that I will see my landlord to make sure he come back with his car registration renewed?!" she said no. I asked "I'm a mental patient with psych issue, I'm still seeing my psychiatrist for help. Don't u have temporary parking permit for mental ....." She said no, not even wait to let me finish my sentence. I remembered that I punched the desk. I wasn’t fighting, I'm injured and waiting for my worker com hearing court (which is scheduled at 11/4/10), I have no ability to fight. And she called the police on me. I didn't lose much moment over that temporary black out, I found myself sit in other room. 2 policemen came and I was co-operated, I lowered my voice and screamed no more, he asked me if I take my medicine, I lied and said yes. (The true is that pill made me wet my bed, the Psychiatrist wanted me to wear diaper and keep taking the pills, but there were earthquakes among Mexico and California, I don't want to be over sleep when the next big earthquake come.) Next day my landlord got his car registration renewed, then I finally got my parking permit on street, I told them I'm moving out this city after my worker com hearing court and they don’t have 2 or 3 months permit, so I only got half year permit this time. DMV decided not to fine my landlord 0f $500 fine because they returned landlord's renewal payment without notification. But I still have this $50 parking ticket to pay?!
Until I see my psychiatrist to talk about this new attack of mental tortures, I find myself is out of control of my mind frequently. I use GPS to instruct me for the driving direction. While I was driving in Freeway 5, while there was a long driving over 5 or 7 miles, when the GPS (Satellite Driving Device) woke me up to take exit on the next exit, I found myself was screaming out loud with fucking words "Why do u need the other people's fucking registration for my parking permit?! "Why do u punish me because because DMV returned his renewal?! Why do u call the police on me?!" This time I learn that I can not talk to your Parking Enforcement Department about this $50 parking ticket , I already know what they will do, they will add another $140 collection fees again. My mental is getting uncontrollable black out again? I have to turn the radio loud, then turn it on and off, to keep my mind concentrated on driving.
I'm in debt and short of money, I get Disable benefit of $803 each month, my rent is $420, my gasoline and parking cost me more than $300, LA County reduced my food stamp from $14 into $4 (4 dollars, not forty or 4 hundreds) because they decided that I shall not getting Disable benefit more than $600. I paid $35 parking ticket, they don't care! They still wanting the $140 collection fees, now DMV won't give my car registration renew until I pay this $140 collection fees.
I'm posting this complain on every web site' blogger and micro blogger, I will ask my psychiatrist to correct this email and I will send this to u and everybody. DMV won't give me my car registration renewal unless I have money to pay off your parking ticket and collection fees (before 10/28/10). I'm driving and cursing in high way a lot those days. I was black-out and temporary disorientated for City Hall refused to sell me parking permit, they didn’t call any hospital, they called the police. Now I’m always driving in the fear and anguish. Somehow I start to attracted to the car accident, yesterday a mini truck pulled back and crashed my car front shelf, he didn’t not see me was back off behind him? I was too slow to react, I didn’t realize that my car front was crashed; I didn’t get out to ask for his car insurance. Now I have to pay for this front shelf damage myself. The hospital parking lot is not even safe to me anymore! I need to stay calm to survive on drive safety. I will start to file and post my complaints to every web site and web page. I’m driving in fear.
